Is the price per person or per business?
Per workspace. Your team shares the same workspace, records and monthly voice allowance. There is no separate charge for each login.
Are quotes, customers or plan uploads metered?
No per-item charge applies to quotes or customers. The public plan limits are for voice captures and voice minutes, where real provider cost is created.
What happens when we reach the voice allowance?
New voice captures pause before processing. You can move to a larger plan, or add extra minutes if time—not capture count—is the constraint. Your existing work is unaffected.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes. Billing is monthly and managed through the secure billing portal. You can change plan, update your card or cancel there.
Does the trial need a card?
No. The 14-day trial starts without a payment card and includes 20 captures, 60 voice minutes and the complete workflow.
Are the prices GST-inclusive?
Prices are in New Zealand dollars. Knack isn't GST registered yet, so no GST is added at checkout.
