Pro adds what happens after the yes: job scheduling, crew assignment, checklists, job costs, purchase orders and the supplier invoice inbox, plus the Xero draft-invoice handoff.
No per-item charge applies to quotes or customers. The public plan limits are for voice captures and voice minutes, where real provider cost is created.
New voice captures pause before processing. You can move to a larger plan, or add extra minutes if time—not capture count—is the constraint. Your existing work is unaffected.
Yes. Billing is monthly and managed through the secure billing portal. You can change plan, update your card or cancel there.
